The cottage is located in the peaceful rural village of Rampton and within easy reach of Lincoln, Retford, Tuxford and Gainsborough. The village of Rampton has a lovely country pub that serves great food and another 2 country pubs within a few miles of the property.

The accommodation compromises a lounge/dining area with fully equipped kitchenette. One king size bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a wet room. The property boasts a terrace overlooking the garden and an outside patio seating area. For added privacy the cottage has a private entrance. Guest can enjoy Satellite Tv and streaming channels, air conditioning, gas central heating, free wifi and private parking.

The cottage is wheelchair friendly and the wet room has grab rails.

Guest are provided with towels and a welcome pack. For long stay guests we can provide breakfast wraps, packed lunches and evening meals with prior booking.
